Bidding will be per kg basis for the Bill of Material shared with the bidders.

Terms and Conditions from Voltamp (already shared with bidders)

1.     Rates quoted shall be basic price only. GST would be extra as applicable & delivery of materials must be Free (on F.O.R.) to both the plants (MAKARPURA + SAVLI).

2.     Units at which supply to be done – kg.

3.     The volume of the order per year would be 250 MT apprx.

4.     The vendor should be a manufacturer / trader himself, in case of Trader make of materials should be reputed.

5.     The lead time of the supply from placing the order would be 72 hours.

6.     Client will arrange for unloading of the material in the plant.

7.     Insurance Clause: In supplier’s scope. 

8.     The quality would be electro galvanized coating thickness 12 to 15 micron with 4.6 Grade M.S. material.

9.     Delivery should be on F.O.R. Basis only to respective SBU/PLANT (Makarpura + Savli)
